Amanda Bynes may face another conservatorship where she may be kept confined and medicated for up to a year.
According to TMZ.com, the 28-year-old actress' doctors have been planning to get an LPS Hold, which is granted only if the patient was "gravely disabled as a result of a mental disorder or impairment by chronic alcoholism."
The doctors' had gotten an LPS Hold, which permits the doctors to confine a patient and administer meds against their will, on the 'She's The Man' star which expired last month.
According to the sources, the medics would go for the LPS Hold grant within a week once Bynes was fully diagnosed.
