Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's restraining order court hearing has been postponed to a later date.
The 30-year-old actress was expected to testify at the hearing related to the restraining order in Los Angeles Superior Court on June 17, but the judge has set a conference for a later date and two future court dates in mid-August, reports E!Online.
The delay allows the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star to gather more witnesses to strengthen his side against abuse allegations, while for the 30-year-old actress the temporary restraining order will remain in place until the next court hearing.
A temporary restraining order against the 53-year-old actor was granted by a judge on May 27 that ordered Depp to stay at least 100 yards away from Heard.
Heard had filed for divorce on May 23, alleging that Depp was abusive to her throughout their marriage.
