Opener Hashim Amla struck a brilliant century before Imran Tahir bagged a seven-wicket haul as South Africa crushed West Indies by 139 runs in the sixth ODI of the tri-nation series at Warner Park in St. Kitts on Thursday.
Put in to bat first, Amla smashed thirteen boundaries in his 110-run knock and shared a huge opening stand of 182 runs with Quinton de Kock (71) to strengthen their side to a score of 343 runs in their stipulated 50 overs.
Meanwhile, Faf du Plessis (unbeaten at 73) and Chris Morris (40) were other notable figures for South Africa.
In reply, West Indies failed to counter Proteas' bowling attack and were eventually bundled out for 204 in 38 overs. Johnson Charles was the highest scorer for the hosts with 49 runs.
Besides Tahir, Tabraiz Shamsi scalped two wickets while Wayne Parnell chipped in with a wicket.
Each team will now head into the final leg of the series with two victories and two defeats.
South Africa will play their next match against Australia at Kensington Oval in Barbados on Sunday.
