Months after PM of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, flagged off the ambitious and empowering Startup India, Standup India campaign, Anil Kapoor has found a unique way to inspire and fuel the dreams of young entrepreneurs.

Following his undisclosed investment in the Indian operations of global social video sharing platform, Indi.com, Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor will now be seen inspiring early stage entrepreneurs at a stellar event on 15 June 2016 in Mumbai.

Conceptualized with a vision to provide brands with superior digital media engagement across multiple social networks, Indi.com invited brands to organize special challenges and gain traction over popular social media channels. In this particular challenge, tech giant IBM's Global Entrepreneur Program is fuelling Indian entrepreneurial dreams by inviting B2C entrepreneurs to narrate their brand's story.

The challenge was open to all Indian Startups in business for less than 5 years and invited participation via video of less than 5 minutes. The top 5 selected participants will win a lifetime opportunity to pitch their startups to a panel of senior IBM Executives as well as prominent VC's and Angel Investors. India's legendary actor, Anil Kapoor, will be present at the ultimate gala event to inspire the talented business men and women to best present their startups.

Further elucidating on the event, Divyansh Bajpai, Co-Founder, Indi.com India said, "We feel this challenge has been a showcase for how Indi.com can partner with various entities across genres to enable and empower growth, progress, and engagement. I am certain that the participants will make the most of this opportunity to showcase themselves and hopefully take the next giant leaps in the stories of their growth."

The winners of the IBM Startup Star challenge will have a chance to become a part of the IBM Global Entrepreneur Program which offers IBM Cloud Credits worth 24,000 dollars for a year, as well as mentorship and support from IBM.

Furthermore, the event would extend a glorious opportunity for the attendees to network amongst industry leaders, financiers, startup enthusiasts, and budding entrepreneurs.
