Lawyers of the Brit-Indian businessman Shrien Dewani, who allegedly killed his bride during their honeymoon, have reportedly appealed to the Supreme Court to avoid his extradition to South Africa where is wanted over the murder.
Dewani, 33, killed his wife Anni on their honeymoon and last month a British court rejected his plea to stay in Britain for his mental treatment, the Daily Express reports.
According to the report, Anni's family said that their patience was running out over the case which has been longstanding since 2010 when their daughter was killed.
Deceased Anni's uncle Ashok Hindocha said that Shrien has been trying everything to stop himself from talking to the South African police since the incident, the report added.
