David Beckham and wife Victoria have reportedly set their sights on murdered fashion icon, Gianni Versace's 40 million pounds lavish Miami Beach mansion.
The couple is believed to be among the big name bidders at an auction for the Ocean Drive home, the Mirror reported.
The same house was a crime scene in 1997, when serial killer Andrew Cunanan, had gunned down Versace.
Financial journalists in Florida asserted that the pair is interested in the luxurious 10-bedroomed "palace".
Sources also claimed to the publication that the house might be part of an incentive deal for the retired footie ace to launch a franchise with a new Miami football team.
