Arsenal have reportedly made 2 million-pound offer for the highly-rated Rubin Kazan forward, Sardar Azmoun.
Azmoun, who has been dubbed as the 'Iranian Lionel Messi', has made a handful of first-team appearances for Kazan and is rated as one of the best young players in Russia at present.
According to Metro.co.uk, although the striker has been linked with AC Milan and Juventas recently, Arsenal, who have been tracking him for a while, have made a move now and offered 2 million-pounds for Azmoun.
Azmoun reportedly revealed that Arsenal scouts had approached him adding that a transfer to the Emirates stadium would be a 'dream'.
The quick, skilful and agile striker moved to Europe last year from Iranian Pro League outfit Sepahan Isfahan, the report added.
