Karnataka Sangha today released a book by Dr. Avanindranath Rao about the contribution of people hailing from Karnataka to the culture of Delhi.
The book contains articles on Smt. Sarojini Mahishi, founder of the Karnataka Sangha; Shri I. Ramamohan Rao, who helped build the cultural complex being the Principal Information Officer and Information advisor to the Prime Minister; and Dr Bilimale, former president of the Karnataka Sangha and presently head of the Kannada chair in the JNU; Dr Shivaprakash and others.
The programme also included the contribution made in the evolution of Ayurveda by Dhanvantary. Dr. Holla presented the contribution by Dhanvantary in a Yakshagana form.
