"It appears that there is no government in the state," Hooda said after meeting the father of the Ballabhgarh fire attack victims.
Taking a jibe at M. L. Khattar-led BJP Government, the Congress stalwart said, "Law and order situation has completely been deteriorated."
Tension gripped the locality after some members of the Rajput community set fire to the home of victims Ballabhgarh, killing two children and injuring their parents.
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has sought a report from Chief Minister Khattar on the incident.
