Supermodel Bar Refaeli has slammed 'Pink Floyd' frontman Roger Waters for suggesting to his "colleagues in rock and roll" to boycott Israel, as the country is filled with crimes of "apartheid" and "ethnic cleansing".
In an open letter, Waters had asked people to support him in declaring a cultural boycott on the nation to shed light on the problems of their Israeli and Palestinian brothers and sisters, who are struggling to end all forms of Israeli oppression.
The Israeli model, who had been ecstatic to see her own image used in one of Waters' gigs in 2011, said that she no longer wanted to be associated with the rocker from "the dark side of the loon," the New York Daily News reported.
Refaeli also asked the singer to remove the picture of the video art at his shows.
