Bengaluru: Worms found in hostel food

Worms were found in the food prepared for hostel students of Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in Bengaluru on Tuesday.

A resident complained that the management fails to provide good quality food despite the huge amount they charge for the hostel.

"They charge a huge amount for the hostel but don't provide proper food. Insects, vermis and even fried frogs have been found in the meals. They don't even provide hot water to us," the student said.
