Bhagwant Mann to challenge Sukhbir in Punjab polls: Kejriwal

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann will contest against Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal in the upcoming assembly elections next year, announced Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at a public rally in Jalalabad on Sunday.

"Bhagwant Mann will fight election against Sukhbir Badal," tweeted Kejriwal.

"Bhagwant Mann will fight election against Sukhbir Badal from Jalalabad, also challenges Captain to contest from there," tweeted AAP on its official handle.

AAP Punjab tweeted Mann as saying: "Wherever party puts me on duty, I accept that.
