Big-B's Twitter handle now has 22m followers

With 22 million followers on his Twitter handle, Shehenshah of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan manages to rule the numero uno spot.

The 73-year-old actor took to his Twitter handle to thank his followers, saying, "BAAADUUUUMMMBAAAA ! Twitter followers reaches 22 million #AB22Million.. thank you all .. your love made it"

Big-B is followed by the Badshah of Bollywood with 20.8 million Twitter followers.

Notably, the Twitteres are going gaga over it and marking the event with their posts under #AB22Million.

One user wrote, "Shahenshah #AB22Million @SrBachchan."

Another tweeted, "@SrBachchan #AB22Million @ashokmistry4545 @prashantkawadia @BeejalBhatt @ganeshlahoti we love u Forever."

A-listers, Salman Khan has 19 million fans on Twitter while perfectionist Aamir Khan has 18.3 millions followers on Twitter.

On the professional front, Big-B's Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury directed 'PINK' will hit the theatres on September 16. He even has 'Ankhein 2' and 'Sarkar 3' in the pipeline.
