Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Saturday will be addressing two rallies before the third phase of polling here in Bihar.
The Congress President will also address one rally each in Buxar and Manjhi in the afternoon.
The polling for the third phase of elections will next take place on October 28.
50 assembly seats will be covered in this phase which includes Saran,Vaishali, Nalanda, Patna, Bhojpur, Buxar.
57 percent voting was recorded in the first phase and 55 percent was recorded in the second phase of the Assembly Elections.
