Burdwan blast: Shahnoor Alam remanded to 14 days judicial custody

A city court on Saturday remanded Burdwan blast accused Shahnoor Alam to 14 days judicial custody.

On December 6 the National Investigation Agency (NIA) with the help of central security agencies had arrested Alam from Nalbari district of Assam. He is alleged to be the financial brain of Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) terror group .

Earlier in October this year, a blast in the Burdwan district of West Bengal had killed two people and injured one person.
