Caitlyn Jenner has revealed that her relationship with the Kardashian children has grown more distant.
In her recent 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer, the 'I Am Cait' star revealed about her relationship with her children, including her stepchildren Kim, Kourtney, Rob and Khloe Kardashian, News.com.au reported.
"Some [of my children] I have remained very close to," she said, adding "A couple of them . I'm a little more distant. I have to admit, I'll sit here and wonder, 'Is it because of my transitioning? Or is it because their life is so busy that they don't call, like, all the time?"
The 67-year-old reality star noted, "Nobody calls that much. I mostly reach out to them. Obviously, the Jenner side calls more, but they all have their own lives."
Jenner speculates their distance might've started from her Vanity Fair cover in June, 2015 which she used to publicly end her life as Bruce Jenner.
"I know my kids, they thought, 'You know what, it's a little too much,'" she said. "But, from my standpoint, I had suffered for 65 years. To have a beautiful shot of my authentic self was important and the shock value."
"I wanted to end the old Bruce, my old life, and that picture did it," Jenner added.
Speaking about her apparent strained relationship with her former wife Kris, "Do I talk to . Kris all the time? No. She's kind of moved on. I have certainly moved on, but we're fine with each other."
Jenner is about to release her first memoir 'The Secrets of My Life' in which she gets very candid about her 65 years as Bruce and her two years as Caitlyn.
Details from her new tell-all book have started to slip out and looks like the family is none too pleased with all of it, as it can be seen in a recent teaser clip for the next episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians.'
"I read it and basically the only nice thing she had to say was that I was great socially at a party one time," Kris tells Kim and Khloe in the clip. "None of it makes sense. Everything she says is all made up. Why does everything have to be that Kris is such a bitch and an a**hole?"
She continues: "I've done nothing but open up my home and my heart to a person who doesn't give a sh*t. So, I'm done. I've never been so angry and disappointed in somebody in my whole life.
