Cameron Diaz has posed bra-free for April 2015 issue of Cosmopolitan and said that everyone needs to have sex to lead a healthy life.

The 'Sex Tape' actress told UK Cosmopolitan in a cover interview that every individual should do exercise to keep themselves healthy, and people who look out for some reasons to walk away from it and states that their body doesn't allow it but actually their mind restrains them of doing so, the Mirror reported.

The 42-year-old actress added that she even treats herself sometimes with a handful of berries and some cake, but instructed the readers not have the whole cake, and have some pieces of it.
