Cage fighter Alex Reid's former girlfriend Chantelle Houghton is thrilled with her recent weight loss.
The 30-year-old glamour model told new! magazine that it's easy to gain weight but she's determined to maintain her slim figure.
She said that it's easy to pile on the pounds "without noticing".
Houghton said that she's really proud of herself this week as she's pretty much reached the weight she was before she had Dolly, Contactmusic reported.
She said that she wouldn't lie, it was hard work at times, asserting that she's glad she did it.
Houghton explained that it's amazing what people can achieve when they put their mind to it.
