Former French footballer David Ginola, who has also worked as an actor and a model, has said that Manchester United is highly unlikely to qualify for the Champions League and should write off this season
The reigning Premier League champions slipped nine points off the top four with Sunday's draw against rock-bottom Fulham at Old Trafford and now face the very real possibility of missing out on a spot in Europe's premier club competition.
According to Metro.co.uk, the former Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle winger believes that this campaign should merely serve as preparation for 2014-15, which could define manager David Moyes' reign, adding that Moyes needs to forget about this season and start preparing for the next season.
Ginola also said that if United wants some stability, they have to be patient as this season is too early for them to do anything, adding that it would be better for Moyes if United manages to make to the top four of the Premier League, which looks highly unlikely.
