The earliest Chaucer manuscript, kept at the National Library of Wales in Aberystwyth, has been published online for the first time.
According to Fox News, the famous manuscript was written by Adam Pinkhurst, the scribe of the poet Geoffrey Chaucer who died without completing his greatest masterpiece, 'The Canterbury Tales', 600 years ago.
Chief executive Dr Aled Gruffydd said that the masterpiece marks their institution as a centre of "international importance for research and knowledge" and they are happy to share the literature with global users.
The valuable collection, of more than 20 stories written in the 14th Century, portrays the best and worst of human nature with a humorous touch.
