Cowell shows 'biggest sign' he is 'ready to settle down' with pregnant gal-pal

Simon Cowell, who is currently enjoying a romantic getaway with his pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman, in the South of France, wants to officially introduce her to his 87-year old mother Julie Brett and has reportedly made it his priority.

Sources revealed that the pair is flying to London later this week, and the 53-year old music mogul is hopeful Lauren will meet his mother properly before she flies back to US, the Mirror reported.

The X-Factor judge, who is thrilled about the idea of giving his mother a grandchild, is keen to get his mother's approval, specially after the breakdown of relations between Bret and Cowell's ex-fiance Mezhgan Hussainy.

Sources added that Cowell is convinced that his mother, who briefly met Lauren at a party a few years ago in Barbados, will "just adore her once she gets to know her properly".

According to reports, the pair has agreed to live together as a family, moving between Cowell's homes in Los Angeles and London, which is reportedly the biggest sign yet that he is ready to settle down.
