Daniel Bruhl has been added to the star cast of Marvel Studios' 'Captain America
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the studio president Kevin Feige stated that the 'Inglourious Basterds' actor's ability to deliver intense, nuanced performances was the reason behind his joining the team that already includes Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr. and Chadwick Boseman.
No details have been yet given about the character Bruhl will play in the film, beyond the fact that he will play the villain.
The movie directed by Joe and Anthony Russo is scheduled for a May 6, 2016 release.
