The movie's director D. J. Caruso confirmed the news by sharing a picture, wherein he is seen embracing Deepika and Ranveer, and captioning it as, "Special visitor on set today. #RanveerSingh and a very happy #DeepikaPadukone. Great spirit and smile. #Cooldude."
After earning a successful name in Bollywood, the 30-year-old actress is all set to make her Hollywood debut with Vin Diesel.
The upcoming action thriller that also stars Samuel L. Jackson Donnie Yen, Nina Dobrev and Ruby Rose is a sequel to the 2002 film 'xXx.
