Singer-songwriter Demi Lovato, wished her fans Happy Thanksgiving amid a post-rehab recovery.
Taking to her official Instagram account recently, the singer wished her followers on the occasion of Thanksgiving. The 'Sorry Not Sorry' star posted a picture of her Turkey Day spread which included several traditional lip-smacking preparations. The photo was captioned as, "Happy Thanksgiving everybody!!!"
Lovato has maintained a low profile on social media ever since she was hospitalised for overdosing in July. However, she did break her silence earlier this month when she encouraged her fans to vote in the midterm election, reported E! Online.
She had also reportedly called out a social media user last week for calling her team "rotten". "You have no idea what you're talking about. True friends don't do interviews about you when you OD," Lovato wrote in a since-deleted comment.
Following her hospitalisation after an apparent drug overdose, the 26-year-old singer spent some time in a rehab facility to seek help and has been very focused on her health.
"She's been working out with a trainer several days per week, eating right, and truly has a whole different mindset. She has been following all of the steps and guidelines put in place by her specialists," a source told E! News.
Another eyewitness revealed to E! News that Lovato was spotted entering a private wellness center, where she attends meetings and therapy sessions.
Lovato's ex Wilmer Valderrama who used to keep visiting her on multiple occasions during her hospitalisation has also been very supportive of the 'Heart Attack' singer.
