Digvijay Singh says Ram mandir-Babri Masjid conflict planned and inflicted by BJP

Congress leader Digvijay Singh on Friday said that the Ram mandir-Babri Masjid conflict had been inflicted by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the illegal actions were a planned conspiracy of the party.

"It has been exposed now that the Ram mandir-Babri Masjid conflict had been inflicted by BJP.

The illegal work that was done was a planned conspiracy of the BJP leaders. Even Advani and Uma Bharti knew about it," said Singh.

"Court should take strictest steps against this. Also, BJP is a party filled with liars and Modi is the biggest liar of all," he said.

An elaborate sting operation, conducted by Cobrapost on 23 key people of the Ram Janambhoomi movement, claims that the fall of the disputed 16th century structure on December 6, 1992, was elaborately planned by various wings of the Sangh Parivar and executed with precision by trained volunteers.

It wasn't, as it is claimed, a case of mob frenzy going out of control, leading to the collapse of the Babri Masjid .
