Tis Hazari Court on Tuesday denied bail application of Avdhesh Goel, Director of Earth Infrastructures Ltd. (EIL) for the fourth time because the Directors have failed to provide any solid solution to resolve the problems faced by the buyers of various projects under the company. Earlier on 6th June, Tis Hazari Session Court rejected the bail application of Avdesh Goel on the same grounds.

Avdhesh Goel was arrested by Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing in February on the charges of cheating homebuyers and criminal conspiracy.

82 cases were received by the EOW by the investors and buyers of his company's project, Earth Titanium Studios project in Sector Techzone, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida.

He was nabbed by the police at the Indira Gandhi Airport in New Delhi when he was allegedly trying to leave the country and fly to Bangkok.

The case was registered by Delhi EOW for cheating, criminal breach of trust and criminal conspiracy under sections 406, 409, 120B and 420.

Earth Infrastructures Ltd. has sold around 11 real estate projects to thousands of buyers all over India as well as abroad. Three Directors of the company, Avdhesh Kumar Goel, Rajnish Mittal, and Atul Gupta are in judicial custody for cheating buyers while one Director, Vikas Gupta, is still absconding and declared a proclaimed offender by Tis Hazari Court.

Those who have been cheated formed an association named Earth Victims Association. They are following the judicial process for what they term as "biggest real estate scams in India." The affected parties have lodged a number of FIRs against the Directors of the company in various police stations. The victims are demanding a CBI inquiry into the fraud to ascertain as to where the money collected has been directed.

The company launched 8 projects in Noida, Greater Noida and Gurgaon, however, not a single project has been completed since last 6-7 years.
