The recent Diwali bashes seem to have taken a toll on actress Rani Mukerji's health, as she has been hospitalised following her attendance at back-to-back parties.
In a statement, the 37-year-old actress' spokesperson said she was admitted to a hospital as doctors advised that she needed rest for a few days under medical supervision.
It is being said that the 'Talaash' actress, who got the discharged, preferred to rest at the hospital for a few more days as her baby's room was being prepared at home.
Rani, who tied the knot with filmmaker Aditya Chopra in 2014 in a secret ceremony, is expecting her first child in January 2016.
