Dutch DJ and record producer R3hab recently visited New Delhi as a part of his Sunburn India tour with an intention to mesmerize music lovers with his electronic dance music.
R3hab, whose real name is Fadil El Ghoul showed his DJing skills at A State of Music-ASOM, Dwarka, and performed his hit songs like, 'Ready for the Weekend', Revolution', 'Pump The Party' and 'Soundwave' among others.
Speaking exclusively to ANI, the 28-year-old DJ said, "Electronic Dance Music (EDM) is a progression that has to be natural. EDM has definitely evolved in the last few years and it is very interesting time right now for this genre to grow and go big."
'The Bottle Song' hitmaker continued that EDM is getting deeper right now, and is gradually becoming popular, adding that the genre has a big disclosure on a global scale.
On bringing international renowned DJ's to their club, Dipesh Gupta, Director Head, ASOM, asserted that they wanted to launch the club which gives a festival feeling and therefore, they came up with this concept which also involves bringing international DJs to the venue.
R3hab has already performed in Mumbai and New Delhi and will perform in Chennai and Indore on 18th October and 19th October, 2014 respectively.
