DU asked to submit record of Irani's educational qualification
A Delhi Court on Wednesday directed the Delhi University to submit records of the educational qualification of Union Human Resource and Development (HRD) Minister Smriti Irani.
The court demanded the document while hearing a case filed against Irani for allegedly giving false information in affidavits to the poll panel during the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
The matter will be next heard on May 3.
