Celebrity mums-to-be like Duchess Kate are piling on the pressure on women to look good in pregnancy.
A poll of 1,000 women, carried out by baby products firm Philips Avent, found 71 percent feel yummy mummies have set the standard too high, the Daily Star reported.
It was found that this leaves the average mother to splash up to 302 pounds on maternity wear.
