Elizabeth Hurley has revealed that she drew inspiration from many sources for her portrayal of the fictional Queen Helena in E!'s first scripted series 'The Royals.'
The 49-year-old actress said at the soapy show's premiere party that she likes to think how Princess Diana could have looked and dressed had she ever become the Queen of England because she looked modern and fresh, The New York Post reported.
The 'Bedazzled' star added that her new royal role is also inspired by the Disney character Cruella de Vil.
Hurley, who also said she'll leave the sex scenes to the younger generation, added that she's happy to say that people see a great deal more of her character's children in their lingerie than they do of her as those days are behind her.
