Actress and comedian Ellie Kemper and her husband, Michael Koman, have decided to raise their one-year-old son, James as 'Catholic'.
Kemper was raised as Catholic, while Koman was raised as Jewish, and therefore, the couple had to meet on common grounds and to which, they decided that their first child should be Catholic.
The 'The Secret Life of Pets' star at 'The Late Show' said that "they both (the couple) have decided to go the Catholic route...though she's not sure if she received a sign from the "higher ups" that perhaps she made the wrong choice".
"He got baptized sort of late, like in May, he was 10 months old," Kemper began.
"I was actually very nervous when the priest was holding him because I'm not sure priests are known for their, like, grit."
To which, the show host, Stephen Colbert jokingly stated that maybe the priest "got rid of the devil" inside little James, but Kemper isn't convinced.
The 37-year-old old actress also confessed that motherhood with James has been great, except for the fact that she think she's regressing from adulthood.
