Former Elmo puppeteer, Kevin Clash, has been cleared of the sexual charges filed against him.
The 53-year-old, who resigned from "Sesame Street" in 2012 after multiple men accused him of sexual abuse, was cleared after the case was dismissed due to the statute of limitation, the New York Post reported.
Earlier in April, the U.S. Court of Appeals threw out three of the cases, agreeing with a New York judge's ruling from 2013.
