Eminem sued for $8m over using rapper's sample without permission

Eminem has been sued by a MC who has claimed that the rapper sampled his song 'Lookin Boy' without permission and then used it in the hit single 'Rap God'.
Raymond Jones, rapper from the group Hotstylz, suing the Grammy-winning artist and his record label for 8 million dollars over the song 'Rap God', TMZ.com reported.
Jones said that the song features a 25 second sample mid-track.
