Former Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur defender Sol Campbell would reportedly be putting up his lavish property on millionaire's Cheyne Walk on sale for a whopping 25 million pounds.
The six-bedroom 7,244 square-per-feet property on the road once home to Mick Jagger, George Best and Laurence Olivier, which overlooks the Thames and Albert Bridge, reportedly offers a fully-working lift and an underground tunnel to the mews property at the end of the garden.
In 2008, the place underwent a renovation with Campbell's wife, Fiona Barrett-Campbell, designing the interior. An estate agency has put the pricey property up for sale for 25 million pounds as they describe it as a magnificent listing, The Daily Star reported.
The agency posted that the property has been redesigned and refurbished throughout internally and is ready for immediate occupation.
The agency has also advertised Campbell's house for renting through Knight Frank, but that won't come cheap either, as they have put it up for 15,000 pounds-a-week.
Just last week, Campbell slammed Labour's recent mansion tax proposal. Owners of properties over 2 million pounds would reportedly see him
If brought in, the former defender would have to pay around 2,50,000 pounds per year to the government. He labelled Labour as the grim reaper of business entrepreneurs and angrily tweeted about the what-could-be.
Campbell argued that why should they except the '#MansionTax', and added '@UKLabour' are the grim reaper of business entrepreneurs or anyone that has done well to his tweet.
Campbell also stated that some people only have their houses to support their incomes, some have been lucky or have risked a lot with their properties.
Campbell further tweeted that this Tax on homes is a cheap and easy way to extract money from individuals that have done well.
