Andrew Greene, who was the partner of the 'Wolf of the Wall Street' Jordan Belfort, has decided to sue Paramount Pictures for ruining his reputation in the Leonardo DiCaprio movie.
Greene, of Huntington Station, wants 25 million dollars from the production house and those associated, as he feels his reputation has been harmed in the movie.
Nicky 'Rugrat' Koskoff's character was based on Greene, and was portrayed by P.J. Byrne, who was shown as toupee-wearing, drug and hooker-using party animal, the New York Post reported.
According to a Long Island federal lawsuit, the character was repeatedly mocked for his dubious tresses and was consistently insulted and therefore, Greene is suing everyone related to the movie.
Green said that the movie's scenes concerning Greene were false, defamatory, and fundamentally injurious to his professional repuation both as an attorney and as an investment banker/venture capitalist.
