Goa Police will on Saturday produce the four accused, who were arrested in connection with a snooping incident on Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani in a FabIndia outlet in Mapusa. They will be produced before a criminal court in Mapusa.
Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar had earlier said the administration will find out if the act was intentional or not.
He had also assured stringent action over the incident, saying a thorough investigation would be done and the culprits will be taken to task.
The HRD Minister was shopping at the "Fabindia" store in Candolim when she noticed the camera near the trial room. The camera was installed in a way that it focused on the trial room.
Irani then alerted her husband and called BJP Calangute MLA Michael Lobo, who stays in the vicinity of the clothing boutique.
