Actor Farhan Akhtar has confessed that he was blown away by the script of his upcoming action -thriller 'Wazir.'

The film's lead pair, Farhan Akhtar and Aditi Rao Hydari, were promoting the star studded movie in Mumbai, along with actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, who plays a negative role in the film.

Farhan said that it really was a very special script, adding that emotional film moved him from the word go.

"I think there is so much focus here actually in the trailer on the thrill element, on the action element but when you really get into watching the film it moves you deeply and it makes you think about things in life which are very-very important," the 41-year-old actor told the media here.

'Wazir' is a story of how fate brings together two unlikely friends, a wheelchair-bound chess grandmaster, portrayed by Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and a valiant Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) officer, played by Akhtar. The two characters decide to help each other while they fight a dangerous opponent.

The movie directed by Bejoy Nambiar, also stars actor John Abraham and is slated to hit theatres on January 08, 2016.
