Queen singer Freddie Mercury backed out of Michael Jackson's duet because he got his chimp Bubbles to studio alongwith him, it has been revealed.
Mercury and Jackson were supposed to record "There Must Be More To Life Than This," but Mercury couldn't handle The King of Pop's weird attachment to his primate pal, the New York Post reported.
Mercury exploded veteran show business journalist David Wigg will write in a book that he was not performing with a f-king chimp sitting next to him each night.
After a few days of this, Mercury just exploded and phoned his manager and told him to get me out of this zoo and then Mercury then flew back to London, leaving the track musically unfinished.
