Freida Pinto gears up with team for her latest 'Guerrilla'

Freida Pinto, who is playing a female lead in John Ridley's six-part limited series 'Guerrilla' was recently seen promoting the same in the French Riviera.

The 32-year-old actress took to her social media handle to post a picture of her standing under a large 'Guerrilla' poster put up inside a building somewhere in the Mediterranean coast.

The caption beside the photograph read, "Boom!! Team Guerrilla is here."

Freida is seen wearing a rainbow coloured dress, presumably her TataNaka creation and pointing above at the poster that has her picture along with the pictures of her co-stars.

The 'Slumdog Millionaire' star signed up with Showtime and Sky Atlantic to join English actor and musician Idris Elba in the cast of the miniseries, which consists of six parts.

Set in 1970s London, 'Guerrilla' tells the story of a pair of activists who set out to free a political prisoner and wage a resistance movement.

Also starring Giorgio Spiegelfeld, Patrick Gibson, Seeta Indrani, Jas Mitra, Sophia Brown, Bella Dayne and many others, the miniseries premieres next year.
