Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung and Delhi Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi on Thursday arrived in Parliament to meet Home Minister Rajnath Singh on farmer Gajendra Singh's suicide case.
According to reports, Rajnath Singh is likely to brief the Parliament over the issue.
Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh, Gopal Rai, Pankaj Gupta and Kumar Vishwas are holding a meeting at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence.
A Delhi Police Crime Branch team, investigating the case has also left for the Dausa district of Rajasthan.
Gajendra had committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree during the rally.
As per reports, a suicide note was found that revealed the farmer, who had three children, was banished from his house after his crop was damaged. He took the extreme step because he had no means of support his family.
