Glastonbury organiser Emily Eavis has confirmed that Oasis won't be playing at the Glastonbury Festival this year.

According to the BBC, Eavis confirmed the news about the 'Definitely Maybe' hit making English rock band over Twitter as a response to a user's question on the site.

Meanwhile, Elbow, Arcade Fire, Kasabian, The Black Keys, and Jack White along with Dolly Parton and Lily Allen have been confirmed in the line up to perform over the weekend nights of the festival, which will be held in Somerset at the end of June.
