Gloria Allred is all set to grill Bill Cosby over the sexual assault cases, after getting a go signal from California Supreme Court.
The court paved the way for Allred's client, Judy Huth, to proceed with her civil lawsuit against Cosby, and Allred wants the full story, demanding to make comedian's deposition public, TMZ.com reported.
According to Huth, Cosby had sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion more than 40 years ago when she was 15 years old.
Allred wants to question Cosby about all the women, which till now counts to 37, and would also be sending him a notice today, demanding to take his deposition in the next 30 days, which she clarified, will be recorded.
In addition to that, if Cosby declines to appear for the depo next month, she intends to ask a judge to hold him in contempt.
