Looks like Gwen Stefani is whole-heartedly following the term 'No Strings Attached!' She is giving up the real estate remnant of her marriage with Gavin Rossdale.

The 'Used to love you' singer has relisted her 12,000-square-foot estate mansion, known as The Summit, for 35 million dollars, after putting it on and then off the market last fall, reports People magazine.

The hilltop property, which she bought with former husband, is listed with Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency.

The 47-year-old songstress and 51-year-old musician purchased the estate in 2006.

They called it quits in August 2015; presently the 'No Doubt' frontwoman is dating Blake Shelton, since November of that year.
