Gwyneth Paltrow has joined 'no poo movement' by shunning shampoo from her hair care regime.
According to the Environmental Working group, the 41-year-old actress was worried about Sodium Lauryl Sulphate in shampoos, which could cause skin irritation, organ toxicity and even cancers, the Daily Express reported.
The 'Iron Man' star takes vitamin C supplements in her diet, which helps in production of a scalp oil, sebum, that works as a natural hair conditioner and prevents her locks from becoming dry, weak and lifeless.
