Haley Bennett will be starring alongside Patrick Wilson and Jessica Biel in an upcoming psychological thriller.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the untitled project, which is based on Patricia Highsmith;s 1954 novel 'The Blunderer,' had previously cast Imogen Poots for the part, which would now be played by the 26-year-old 'The Equalizer' star.
The Andy Goddard directed film, which is being financed by Sierra Pictures along with 120dB Films and Electric Shadow, has started production in Cincinnati, and Killer Films' Christine Vachon and David Hinojosa are producing along with Ted Hope and Sierra Pictures.
The movie has been set in early 1960's New York, and centers on Walter Stackhouse (Wilson), a successful architect who's married to Clara (Biel). They live happily until Walter's fascination with an unsolved murder leads him into a forced cat-and-mouse game with a clever killer and an overambitious detective while at the same time lusting after another woman (Bennett).
