Hardik Patel, who has been leading the Patel community's agitation for reservation in Gujarat, on Sunday said that he will take his the movement forward and to wherever the Patel community needs him.
"We want to take our movement to every part of the nation. Where ever the Patel community needs me, I will go. I will unite the 27 crores. Those who need reservation are not getting it," Patel told ANI.
Patel is expected to hold talks with both Gurjars and Jats in New Delhi on Sunday.
Patel had earlier cleared the air that the meeting was not linked to ongoing protests, and said he had been invited to meet the Jats.
"But if needed, we will go to Jantar Mantar for the protests," he had said earlier.
