In the image, the blonde beauty can be seen hugging a giant palm tree with her arms strategically placed to cover her modesty, Us magazine reported.
The mum-of-four wrote 'last day in paradise' and 'love Bora Bora' along with the snap.
The former model, 40, had earlier posted all kind of photos ranging from her exceptional physique to her sunburnt derriere to another topless picture on July 16.
