Hyderabad police rescue 250 children from hazardous employment'

Hyderabad Police on Saturday rescued around 250 children during a search operation in the city's Bhavani Nagar area, who were being exploited for the purpose of hazardous employment.

"We found many children kept as bonded labour while conducting a search operation to nab chronic criminals. We have rescued 250 children who were kept in pathetic condition, will bring this to notice of Government to give some rescue to the children till they bring to their parents," said Satyanarayan, DCP South, Hyderabad.

The children belong to Gaya, Jahanabad, and Nawada as well as Nalanda districts in Bihar and all of them were below 14 years of age.
