Demi Lovato has confessed that she overcame her cocaine addiction and got sober because of her younger sister Madison.
Lovato said that the last time she had an intervention, it was her management, her entire tea, lawyers and her parents who came into a room to coax her to quit drugs, Us Magazine reported.
She said that her mom told her that if she doesn't quit, then her family will part ways and Lovato won't get to be around her sister.
The 'Sonny With a Chance' star left rehab in 2011 and has since devoted her life to encouraging her fans, and has also been candid with her many struggles.
Lovato had earlier admitted to smuggling cocaine onto airplanes and drinking vodka out of Sprite bottles in airports.
